Citrus Sour — The perfect citrus balance
A bright, Mediterranean gin sour with Naturae Gin Fructetum , lemon juice, and a touch of mandarin liqueur . Servings : 50–25–15–15 ml. Time : 3 minutes. Difficulty : easy.

Ingredients (1 drink)
- 50 ml Naturae Gin Fructetum
- 25 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml sugar syrup (1:1)
- 15 ml mandarin liqueur
- Ice
- Orange slice (garnish)
Glass & Equipment
- Sour or old fashioned glass
- Shaker, jigger, strainer (fine mesh recommended)
Procedure (3 minutes)
- Chill the glass with ice.
- Shake gin , lemon , simple syrup and mandarin liqueur with ice for 8–10 s.
- Strain into a very chilled glass (or into an old fashioned glass with crystal clear ice).
- Garnish with a slice of orange or dried citrus.

- Citrus Sour Egg-White: Add 15 ml of egg white; dry shake + wet shake for a silky foam.
- Bergamot Twist: Replace 5ml of lemon with 5ml of bergamot for a more floral profile.
- Mandarin Spritz-Sour (low-ABV): 40 ml gin, 15 ml lemon, 10 ml simple syrup, 15 ml mandarin liqueur, top with soda water in a highball glass.
