Refund policy

Our 14-day returns policy states that, after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at commerciale@naturaegin.it. Returns must be shipped to the following address: Naturae Gin Via Volpi, 27b 21050 Besano (VA). 

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately in case of defects or damage, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants) and custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items). If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please don’t hesitate to contact us. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.


14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive the refund automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
