Golden Grove — Green Apple Collins (Naturae)
A fresh and lively Collins with Naturae Gin Fructetum , lemon juice, green apple , and soda. Servings : 40–20–15–30 ml + soda. Time : 3 minutes. Difficulty : easy.

Ingredients (1 drink)
- 40 ml Naturae Gin Fructetum
- 20 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml sugar syrup (1:1)
- 30 ml fresh green apple juice
- Soda on top
- Ice cubes
Garnish: Green apple slice or lemon zest.
Glass & Equipment
- Highball / Collins
- Shaker, jigger, strainer (fine mesh recommended)
Procedure (3 minutes)
- Chill the glass with ice.
- Shake gin , lemon , simple syrup and green apple with ice for 8–10 seconds.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice, top up with soda water and stir gently.
- Garnish with a slice of green apple (or lemon zest).

A nose of green apple and citrus; a bright palate, a fruity-vegetal core, and a dry, thirst-quenching finish with the gin's botanicals prominent.
Quick variations
- Apple & Ginger Collins: Replace the soda with dry ginger ale; reduce the syrup to 10 ml.
- Green Honey: 15 ml honey syrup (1:1) instead of sugar syrup.
