Shipping Times

Once your order has been received, the shipment of products purchased on https://www.naturaespirits.it will be processed within 24 business hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor the status of your order at any time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the total order amount.
The exact cost is automatically calculated at checkout after entering the delivery address.
On certain occasions, Naturae Spirits offers free shipping promotions or special delivery conditions.

Estimated Delivery Times

Shipments are made via express courier (BRT, UPS, or equivalent), with the following average delivery times:

  • Italy: 1–2 business days

  • Europe: 3–5 business days

  • Rest of the world: 5–12 business days

The courier will send a confirmation email with shipping details and the expected delivery date.
In serviced areas, you may choose delivery to pickup points, lockers, or service points.

Address Changes

Orders are processed automatically to ensure the fastest possible dispatch.
After the order has been confirmed, it is not possible to modify the shipping address or delivery times.

Failed Delivery

If an order cannot be delivered due to:

  • an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or

  • failure to collect the parcel after the courier’s delivery attempts,

the package will be returned to Naturae Spirits.
In such cases, the order will be cancelled without refund, and the return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Customs Duties and Taxes

For shipments to non-EU countries, your order may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by local authorities.
Naturae Spirits has no control over these additional charges, which remain entirely at the recipient’s expense.

Personalized or Limited Edition Products

For personalized or limited-edition items, shipping may require up to 5 additional business days compared to standard times.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not deliver to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • General Delivery

Orders destined for these areas will be automatically cancelled.
