When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Naturae Spirits reserves the right to accept or reject your order at its sole discretion for any reason. Your order is not confirmed until Naturae Spirits acknowledges its acceptance. Before accepting an order, we must receive and process payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Naturae Spirits may be unable to fulfill requests to cancel an order after acceptance. If an order is rejected, modified, or canceled, we will notify you using the email, billing address, and/or phone number you provided when submitting the order.
Your purchases are eligible for return or exchange only in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK].
You represent and warrant that you are making purchases for personal or household use and not for resale or export.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping and delivery. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays attributable to shipping carriers, customs procedures, or events beyond our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Naturae Spirits is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, sales and purchases you make in our Store occur directly with Naturae Spirits. By using the Services, you understand and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Naturae Spirits, including any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the purchase of products and services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising out of or relating to your purchases and transactions with Naturae Spirits.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Naturae Spirits, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, merchants, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, brought by any third party due to or arising from: (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference; (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; (3) your access to and use of the Services.
We will notify you of any indemnifiable claims; provided that failure to give prompt notice will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. We may control the defense and settlement of such claim at your expense, including selection of counsel, but we will not settle claims requiring non-monetary obligations on your part without your consent (not to be unreasonably withheld). You will cooperate in the defense of non-indemnified claims, including by providing relevant documents.
