Naturae Spirits is an Italian artisan project that combines agronomy and gastronomy to create natural and sustainable spirits . Authentic spirits, rooted in the local area and designed for conscious drinking .
Naturae Spirits was born between the lakes and mountains of the Varese Prealps , where the natural rhythm dictates harvesting, processing, and experimentation. The idea stems from the fusion of complementary skills: knowledge of the plant world and its cycles, and expertise in taste, technique, and service. This has led to a line of Italian artisanal gins and ready-to-drink cocktails that showcase authentic ingredients and a transparent supply chain.
Each recipe is created in small batches: we select Italian and local botanicals whenever possible, evaluate blends and temperatures, taste, and take notes. We seek a clean and distinct aromatic profile that works well both when mixed and enjoyed.
An agricultural expert (born in 1988), with a deep knowledge of plants and crops. From scouting, he learned respect for the rhythms of the earth and a concrete focus on sustainability. In Naturae, he guides the selection and reading of botanicals .
A catering technician (born in 1994), passionate about aromatic herbs and blending. He honed his precision and creativity in Michelin-starred kitchens. At Naturae, he conducts sensory research , blending trials, and quality standards.
