Naturae gin cocktail classic spiced Negroni

Ingredients (1 drink)

  • 30 ml Naturae Gin Fructetum
  • 30 ml White Vermouth
  • 30 ml Campari or Aperol
  • 1 pinch of freshly ground black pepper
  • Orange twist to garnish
  • Large ice cubes

Glass & Equipment

  • Old fashioned or low tumbler
  • Mixing glass, bar spoon

Procedure (2 minutes)

  1. Chill the glass and mixing glass with ice.
  2. Pour gin , white vermouth and Campari or Aperol into a mixing glass with ice.
  3. Stir gently for 15–20 seconds and strain into a glass with fresh ice.
  4. Add a pinch of ground pepper and garnish with an orange twist.

Sensory profile

Aromas of citrus and spice blend in a warm, dry, and structured sip. Gin brings botanical balance, white vermouth softens the bitterness of the bitters, and black pepper provides a surprising and lingering finish.
