Pepper Glow — The Spicy Negroni That Ignites the Senses

Ingredients (1 drink)
- 30 ml Naturae Gin Fructetum
- 30 ml White Vermouth
- 30 ml Campari or Aperol
- 1 pinch of freshly ground black pepper
- Orange twist to garnish
- Large ice cubes
Glass & Equipment
- Old fashioned or low tumbler
- Mixing glass, bar spoon
Procedure (2 minutes)
- Chill the glass and mixing glass with ice.
- Pour gin , white vermouth and Campari or Aperol into a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir gently for 15–20 seconds and strain into a glass with fresh ice.
- Add a pinch of ground pepper and garnish with an orange twist.
