Naturae gin fresh cocktail with mint and lemon

Ingredients (1 drink)

  • 50 ml Naturae Gin Herbarium
  • 25 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 10 ml sugar syrup (1:1)
  • 5 ml mint syrup
  • 8–10 fresh mint leaves
  • Ice
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Glass & Equipment

  • Cocktail glass or highball glass with ice
  • Shaker, jigger, strainer (fine mesh recommended)

Procedure (3 minutes)

  1. Chill the glass with ice.
  2. Place the mint leaves in the shaker, then pour in the gin , lemon , sugar syrup , and mint syrup . Shake vigorously with ice for 8–10 seconds (do not muddle the mint).
  3. Strain through a fine mesh into a very chilled glass (or into a highball glass filled with crystal clear ice).
  4. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lemon zest (optional).
