Herbal Spark — The vibrant green French 75
A French 75 invigorated by the herbaceous profile of Naturae Gin Herbarium and the bubbles of brut Prosecco . Servings : 45–60–15 ml + 80 ml Prosecco. Time : 3 minutes. Difficulty : easy.

Ingredients (1 drink)
- 45 ml Naturae Gin Herbarium
- 60 ml fresh lime juice
- 15 ml sugar syrup (1:1)
- 80 ml Prosecco or Brut Champagne, very cold
- Lemon twist for garnish
Note: Use very cold ingredients from the refrigerator to preserve the effervescence.

- Flute or Nick & Nora
- Shaker, jigger, strainer (fine mesh recommended)
Procedure (3 minutes)
- Chill the glass. Shake the gin , lime , and simple syrup vigorously with ice for 8–10 seconds.
- Strain through a fine mesh into a very chilled glass and top up with chilled Prosecco .
- Give it a gentle stir and garnish with a lemon twist.
