What is a London Dry Gin?
To be defined as “London Dry”, a gin must meet specific requirements:

- No flavoring or coloring added after distillation
- Flavours extracted exclusively in distillation with botanicals in alembic still
- Residual sugars ≤ 0.1 g/l
- Final alcohol content ≥ 37.5% vol.
