2022 was the year of rebirth. After the difficulties and closures imposed by the pandemic, life slowly resumed its rhythm: events, fairs, and exhibitions reopened their doors to the public, bringing back enthusiasm and a desire to share.

Among the first important events for the food & beverage sector was the seventeenth edition of Identità Golose , the renowned author-chef congress created in 2005 by journalist Paolo Marchi . The 2022 edition, held from April 21st to 23rd at MiCo in Milan , had the theme "The Future is Today" —an invitation to look ahead, embrace change, and open oneself to the new.

Over one hundred speakers , ninety masterclasses , and dozens of companies enlivened the event, creating a dialogue between tradition and innovation.
Among the leading Italian brands present, Naturæ Gin brought its own voice and green philosophy, represented by its excellent distillate: Fructetum .


A toast to the future.

For Carlo De Filippo and Diego Sgarbossa , founders of Naturæ Gin, participating in Identità Golose was a valuable opportunity to promote the brand, share their vision of sustainability, and meet colleagues, friends, and new gin enthusiasts.

At the Naturæ Gin stand, where green and nature-inspired elements took center stage, experts in mixing drinks, bartenders, curious individuals, and spirits enthusiasts came together. Everyone had the opportunity to taste Fructetum , both neat and in refreshing gin and tonic versions, discovering the balance and refinement of its botanicals.


When sustainability meets creativity

At the end of the event, the numerous empty bottles collected by Carlo and Diego did not end up in the trash.
In the spirit of a circular economy , the two founders decided to donate them to artisans and creatives contacted on social media, so that they could transform them into new design objects: lamps, glasses or vases , thus giving a second life to the glass and a concrete meaning to the concept of "conscious recycling" .


A small country, a big vision.

Thanks to this experience, Besano , the small town in the Varese area where Naturæ Gin is produced, had the opportunity to become known on a national scale, bringing with it the values of craftsmanship, sustainability and innovation that characterize the brand.
